Six straight points by Ramel Bradley completed a Kentucky comeback from a one-time 11-point deficit.
Two of the baskets came in transition as Louisville turnovers rewarded UK’s intensified defense.
Jodie Meeks backtipped the ball from David Padgett to start the first fastbreak. Bradley completed it by hitting a layup while being bodied to the floor by Padgett. The three-point play tied the score at 22-22 with 5:37 left.
Bradley gave UK its first lead since 3-2 when he drove the baseline for another layup while being fouled by Padgett. That put UK ahead 27-26 with 4:43 left.
The UK lead stood at 29-28 at the final TVtimeout (the 2:06 mark).
